The best question book!

I had to update my review after I finished reading all of the sections. I think I was being unfair to give this book 4 stars! It truly deserves 5 stars and is certainly my best purchase on Amazon.The Author has done a great job. The quality of questions are a reflection of the considerable experience of the author.they are very helpful both for exam purposes and the daily clinical practice.you will find a lot of interesting questions in this book that will have a positive impact on your practice.Initially I thought the question on MKSAP were better but I think this book leaves you with a lot more to take home.And it's so cheap! Well done to Dr Conrad Fischer!

Nice Overview of Internal Medicine

This book helps as an additional review book for your ABIM boards, Dr. Conrad Fisher has his own style of making you learn things, his own unique style is extremely helpfull, I gotta tell you that he is as good as they get amongst teaching and making things simple for you to learn.
You will emerge so much more knowledgable after reading this book.
Most books make you learn facts, this book tells you how to apply that knowledge, whilst also teaching you more.
I reccomend this book to everyone preparing for Im boards and also for practicing internists.
