approach this with an open mind and a healthy dose of skepticism

This is published as a sequel of sorts to "The Noveau Tech Package of Inside Secrets," in that one is supposed to read the "Inside Secrets" book prior to the "Inner Circle Secrets" book. In fact, all of the "inner circle secrets" book's secrets are included in the "inside secrets" book. With that stated, the "inner circle secrets" is actually a better place to start because it is written as a more coherent, easier-to-follow and understandable narrative than the first "inside secrets" book, which is actually several books that were originally published separately and then thrown together in a confusing, rambling hodge-podge. In fact, if you are truly curious about Neo-Tech, I would suggest not buying the first book at all and getting this one instead.
This book is much easier to comprehend than the "inside secrets" book, but its marketing by the publisher remains misleading. In the introductory letter encouraging the reader to buy this book, one is told that after reading it, one will be able to "predict future events immediately with absolute certainty -- business events, stock prices, romance situations, poker hands." Not only is this not true, you are given no techniques to try and no insights into how it would even be possible.
One will also be able to "read and control other people's minds. Convince anyone of anything that is good for you." Also not true.
"Render competitors in business or love immediately helpless." Nope.
"Square your income. If you square $20,000 that becomes $400 million. We'll talk about that soon." They haven't talked to me yet, and I have no idea when "soon" will actually be.
"Win at cards instantly." There's nothing in here that tells me how to go about doing this, even assuming it were possible.
"Make everyone like or love you." If they do, they've got a strange way of showing it.
Instead, the book begins with the author explaining the techniques he used to break out of the rut of a dead-end job. So it's not all that different from various other self-help books in that respect. The presentation, however, is very different: the author states that he saw "twelve visions" of 21st century life, in which mankind has established a utopia of value-creating, happy people who have cured diseases and eradicated poverty. He then devotes a substantial amount of the book to the same time-management techniques that were presented in the "inside secrets" book. There are also chapters re-visiting the evolution of human consciousness into what is called "God-Man" along with these ideas:
*the division of labor in most companies prevents the average person from achieving financial security because no one can integrate all of the money-making aspects of business into their work without starting their own businesses;
*there is a need to wipe out most government agencies because they conspire to prevent the entrepreneurial spirit from developing in every individual;
*being honest with oneself while accepting the challenge to think for oneself is the real key to success.
The self-help portions of the book, such as the aforementioned time management techniques and learning how to eat while reducing cravings for permanent weight loss, are deceptively simple but actually seem effective. In fact, I should think that the author and publisher would have been able to find a strong market for those interested in these concepts and would have been able to sell the book on these strengths alone, without the empty promises offered in their advertising.
As with the "inside secrets" book, the conspiracy-theory rants against the IRS, FTC, and other agencies are tiresome rather than convincing, and they tend to mar this book's effectiveness. Many will probably be discomfited by the rejections of organized religion, so if you are an easily offended devout believer who does not want to question your faith, you should probably avoid this.
I found some of the ideas well worth considering. I would have given it a three-star rating, but since the book is advertised in such a misleading way, I cannot in good conscience recommend it, especially not at the full $99 price. If you can find a cheap used copy, or use a search engine to find at least some of the content online, that's probably the best way to find out more about Neo-Tech. In any case, approach this with an open mind and a healthy dose of skepticism.

This book places the reader at the beginning of simplicity , then into a trip of the sophisticated meaning of the language and amazing insights that every one is in need to know. It reactivate the mind with progressive ideas with the fascinating lessons of a self leader system, plus proper manners of diet.
Also a great antidote about those parasites devastating systems, and a humanistic message from Jesus Christ! This book is about managing life ,responsibilities and the extensions of good dreams to live life.
